Director, Product Design & Innovation

Head of Corporate Solution’s Product Design team driving CX modernization of Mastercard’s commercial card program.

  • Oversee design systems, global platform feature design, usability testing and content strategy for all product capabilities on the Smart Data UI platform and mobile apps.

  • Oversee design excellence for MACS customer enablement and design infrastructures to ensure cross-functional design efficiency.

Manager, Product Experience Design

Design lead for C2P’s embedded checkout strategy, creating web components for greater ease of implementation for customers.

  • Implemented new design QA process, reducing defects in production by 80% while increasing efficiency across design & dev teams.

  • Facilitated the creation of a 3-library design system (C2PX): UI components, content strings, and screen types used in C2P.
